Internal rebuild and full decoration works across 15 flats. Works inclusive of the installation of the modification of fire detection and fire alarm systems in line with BS 5839-1: 2017 including the installation of new main distribution boards in line with current regulations. All apartments were assessed for fire stopping and compartmentation which was all upgraded accordingly. All works were upgraded to be compliant with current fire legislation taking into account means of escape. Works included all making good and redecorations.
