Complete renewal of the West Range Roof area of Snaresbrook Crown Court, a historic Grade II building situated within the London Borough of Redbridge and presently in-use as the largest Crown Court centre serving Greater London.
The works incorporated the stripping of the existing slates, battens and sheathing felt over multiple roof areas an over sensative court-rooms, with new breather membrane and softwood battens installed to all sloping roof faces, following with the laying of new welsh slates inclusive of all new details, code 7-8 lead etc. Associated works included the repointing of brickwork to the inside face of parapets and copings.
