The works required a series of repairs to the conservatory building at the Grange owing to poor roof connection details causing water ingress to the auditorium situated below. The roofing works were completed using a liquid Triflex waterproofing system, as were the repairs to the lead valley gutters.
Additional works included the installation of new metal roof coverings and timber decks to the front canopy and the re-fixing of slates and cappings.
