Forming part of Bromley’s regeneration programme, Bromley Town Hall is a Grade II listed building built in 1907. Designed using neo-Wren style using red brick, the hall has a hipped slate roof with a central cupola constructed in timber. The works included the stripping of all roof tiles from the hall roofs and from them to be replaced with existing salvaged Westmoreland Slate.
Outstanding areas were replaced with a new and approved slate (Vermont). Others works included the replacement of the flat roof areas using a new Bauder Total Roof Waterproof System and a Bauder LiquiDetail system to gutters.
