Completed on behalf of the Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, the works required the installation of a new Bauder Total Roof System (20-year Guarantee) to the Corridor A & Maternity Roof areas and the installation of a new Bauder LiquiTEC Roof System (20-year guarantee) across the Corridor B roof area.
Works were to be completed whilst the Hospital was open to the public and, therefore, constituted a “live site”. A site compound was erected at a location agreed upon with the Hospital's project team prior to commencement. This ensured our operations did not interfere with access to the Hospital or its parking facilities. Deliveries were scheduled to take place outside of opening hours and co-ordinated with other contractors. Site access was strictly monitored by Russell Trew Limited’s Site Supervisor using a sign-in register which also ensured that all site visitors and operatives were checked for correct PPE and display of ID badges before entering.
