The works involved the stripping of 2.no existing pitch roof coverings, with the installation of a new breather membrane taking place the same working day to ensure that the roof areas remained watertight throughout the delivery of the works. The pitched roof areas were then re-battened and new Wienerberger Alban Sussex Blend clay roof tiles installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The works were inclusive of the renewal of guttering, fascia and soffits across 3.no roof areas.
